The service

Zombie Couple Video turns two authorized adult portraits into a fixed fictional zombie love story. The purchased specification is an approximately 24-second MP4, delivered in the 720p tier, framed vertically at 9:16 and including a fixed musical soundtrack. The story follows a man aiming a gun at his infected partner, lowering the gun and opening both arms to accept the bite. The infected partner lunges and bites him, then the scene cuts to both people healthy and embracing.

You choose the two portraits and their roles. This release does not offer custom prompts, models, plots or music choices. Availability is shown in the studio; new purchases and generation can be paused when the service cannot fulfill new work. The order retains the specifications offered at purchase.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. Both people shown must be adults and must have agreed to the use of their photos in an AI-generated story. You must have the necessary rights to upload the images. No children's photos are permitted. Follow our content policy.

Our content policy prohibits pornography / NSFW content, violence / gore, hate speech, child unsafe content (CSAM), deepfakes / impersonation, and copyright / trademark infringement. Its detailed restrictions apply to uploads, generation and sharing. Permission to use a photo does not override the zero-tolerance prohibitions, including prohibited deepfakes of real people regardless of consent. Do not misrepresent AI outputs as human-created work or real events, or attempt to bypass safety mechanisms.

Keep your account secure. Do not share passwords, bypass access controls, access another person's media, interfere with the service or submit content that you do not have permission to use.

Purchases and generation allowance

One-time packs cost $8.90 for one video, $18.90 for three videos and $28.90 for five videos. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or free generation. One full story uses one generation, represented by 100 account credits. Internal processing stages do not each consume another generation.

Payment adds the purchased allowance after server-side payment verification. Returning from checkout does not itself prove payment. Purchase does not start a video automatically: you save both photos, review the roles and confirm generation. The checkout displays the amount and currency to be charged.

AI results and delivery

AI appearance, expressions and movement can vary. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, identical results, a fixed completion time, or a particular audience response or commercial outcome. These limitations do not remove our responsibility for the delivery specifications you purchased.

Processing may continue after you close the page. An uncertain task remains associated with its existing reference while we check the outcome. Do not submit another task solely to recover an uncertain result. Confirmed failed, rejected or canceled tasks return the generation allowance once; this is separate from a cash refund.

If your file is corrupted or your video materially differs from the purchased specifications, please contact us by email. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours of receiving your email.

Your content and rights

You keep the rights you already hold in your input photos. You authorize the processing, temporary copies and provider access needed to prepare and deliver your story and maintain the service. This does not grant automatic permission for us to use your portraits or results in public examples.

You are responsible for the rights and consent needed for your intended use of the finished video. We do not guarantee that an AI output is copyrightable or transfer rights in a person's identity, third-party material or music that we do not hold. The fixed soundtrack is part of the delivered video; purchasing does not transfer ownership of the music or grant a right to extract and redistribute it separately.

Label or otherwise present AI-generated fiction honestly when context could mislead. Do not use a generated scene as evidence of a real event or imply that a person endorsed something without their permission.

Storage and deletion

Your library shows when a finished video will expire. Download it before that date. Deleting a completed video or allowing storage to expire does not restore its generation allowance. The privacy policy describes retention and provider processing.

Refunds and support

The refund policy explains the 7-day completely-unused-order rule, failed-generation allowance returns and duplicate-charge corrections. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support@zombiecouplevideo.org with your account email, order number and relevant task reference.

We may restrict accounts or content when needed to enforce these terms, protect people or address security concerns. We may update these terms; the date above identifies this version.
