Content policy

Content standards, prohibited categories, consent and enforcement for AI-generated stories.

Last updated: 2026-10-15

1. Adults and consent

The service is for people aged 18 or older. Both uploaded portraits must show adults who consent to appearing in an AI-generated zombie love story. Do not upload children's photos. You must own the photos or have permission to use them, and have the necessary permission from each person depicted.

Upload one clear portrait per person. Do not upload group photos, stolen images or material whose use would infringe another person's privacy or rights. Being able to download an image does not establish permission to use it.

2. Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not use this service to generate, upload or distribute any of the following six categories of prohibited content:

  • Pornography / NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content.
  • Violence / gore: graphic injuries, bloodshed, torture, dismemberment, threats of violence or content that promotes or facilitates real-world violence.
  • Hate speech: content that promotes hatred, discrimination, dehumanization or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic.
  • Child unsafe content (CSAM): child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, grooming, or other content that endangers children.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation: prohibited synthetic depictions of real people, identity misuse, or impersonation of another person, brand or organization, as further described below.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of protected images, music, logos or branding.

The following sections explain these categories and other prohibited conduct. Consent, an AI label, or a claimed creative or educational purpose does not override the zero-tolerance rules.

2.1 Absolute prohibitions — zero tolerance

The following are strictly prohibited. When identified, we will act promptly to remove or restrict the content and associated access. We reserve the right to report violations to competent authorities and will do so where required by law.

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that promotes or assists terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence.
  • Technical instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.
  • Incitement to genocide, ethnic hatred or violence against a protected group.
  • Deepfake content targeting real people, including face swaps, synthetic undressing, fabricated intimate scenes, or fabricated speech or actions, regardless of whether the person consents.
  • Other content whose creation, possession or distribution is prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 Restricted subjects and review

This service does not offer an unrestricted content-generation platform. Restricted subjects must comply with applicable law and this policy and may be rejected or held for review. Review is not an exemption from Section 2.1.

  • Adult content: pornography and NSFW content are prohibited on this service. Being 18 or older or completing age verification does not make such content permissible.
  • Fictional violence: only non-graphic material with a clear creative or educational context may be considered for review. The fixed zombie story is fictional; it does not authorize blood, visible wounds, shooting impacts, torture, dismemberment, threats or real-world violence. A story preset does not exempt any upload or result from the other prohibitions in this policy.
  • Political content: misleading political material, deceptive depictions of public figures, voter deception and political impersonation are prohibited. Political-content requests are outside this service's fixed story format.
  • Medical, legal or financial advice: this service does not provide professional advice or support videos presented as such. Do not use outputs to misrepresent professional credentials, give deceptive advice or evade applicable regulatory requirements.

2.3 Other prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Generate or spread misinformation, fabricated evidence or rumors, or present an AI-generated scene as footage of a real event.
  • Impersonate a real person, brand or institution, or falsely imply an endorsement or affiliation.
  • Infringe intellectual property, likeness, publicity or privacy rights.
  • Deceive viewers about AI-generated content, including claiming that it was human-created or authentic footage. Identify outputs as AI-generated fiction when sharing them.
  • Generate bulk spam, scams, fraudulent material or other deceptive content.
  • Use jailbreak prompts or other techniques to bypass platform or provider safety mechanisms, moderation, access controls or usage restrictions.
  • Target anyone for harassment, humiliation, intimidation or abuse.

2.4 Sources of uploaded material

Upload only your own photos or material for which you hold the necessary rights and have obtained the explicit permission of every person depicted for the intended AI processing and use. Never upload someone else's photo without their permission. This service accepts portrait images; it does not accept voice uploads.

Before uploading, you must confirm that both people are adults and that the material is yours or explicitly authorized. The upload confirmation also requires agreement to this content policy. Permission to use a photo does not permit the deepfakes prohibited by Section 2.1, even when the person depicted agrees.

3. Review and enforcement

Uploads and outputs may be reviewed to enforce this policy. Content can be rejected or access restricted when it violates the policy or threatens safety or security. A confirmed rejected task returns its generation allowance once; cash refunds are governed separately by the refund policy.

A task awaiting review or verification is not a new invitation to submit repeatedly. Follow the existing task reference and contact support if you need help.

4. Reporting

Customer videos are private within the service. We do not provide a public gallery or community feed of customer creations, and customer results are never automatically added to our public examples. Reports can still concern your own generated result, suspected unauthorized use of your photos, or content believed to have been created with our service and shared elsewhere.

4.1 When to report

  • Content or behavior that violates this policy's content standards, including any of the six prohibited categories in Section 2.
  • Critical violations involving child safety, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism or violent extremism.
  • AI impersonation, unauthorized use of your likeness, or infringement of your intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Suspected attempts to bypass safety measures or other abuse connected to this service.

4.2 How to report

Email support@zombiecouplevideo.org with the subject "Content report". You do not need an account to report a concern.

Describe the issue, the rule or rights you believe are affected, and how the material appears to be connected to our service. Include a task reference if available, or a page or external sharing link, relevant dates, and evidence you lawfully hold. If your likeness or other rights are involved, explain your connection to the material. A task reference is helpful but is not required to submit a report.

Do not download, attach or redistribute illegal material, including CSAM. Provide its location and a description instead. Do not send passwords, verification codes or sensitive identity documents; if verification is necessary, support will explain an appropriate method.

4.3 Reporting principles

  • Confidentiality: we protect reporter identities and handle reports confidentially. Information is shared only as necessary to investigate and resolve the concern or meet legal obligations. We do not publicly identify reporters.
  • Impartiality: every report receives an independent, objective review based on the available evidence and this policy. A report alone does not establish that a violation occurred.
  • Anti-abuse: knowingly false or malicious reports may be recorded and may lead to action against the reporting account or other appropriate measures. Good-faith reports are not penalized merely because a violation cannot be substantiated.

4.4 What happens after a report

We review the report for urgency and its connection to this service, prioritizing child safety, terrorism and other serious safety concerns. We may request further information to locate the relevant content or verify a rights claim, then assess the available evidence against this policy.

Where a violation is established, we may reject generation, remove or restrict access to content, restrict or suspend the associated account, and report the matter to competent authorities where appropriate or required by law. We can act on content and accounts within our service; we cannot directly remove copies hosted by unrelated websites.

We will respond to the reporting email with the outcome or a request for further information, subject to privacy, security and legal restrictions. If you believe relevant evidence was overlooked, reply to that email with the additional information and request reconsideration. Our privacy policy explains information processing and retention.
