Purchasing adds your generation allowance. It does not start a video automatically. Each complete story uses one generation (100 credits).
Full refunds may be requested within 7 days for completely unused orders. Any successful generation makes the entire order ineligible for the standard unused-order refund, including the remaining allowance. Refund policy · Terms · Privacy
Each video follows the same sequence: the man aims a gun, lowers it and opens his arms, his infected partner lunges and bites him, then the scene cuts to both people healthy and embracing. AI appearance and movement vary. You must be 18 or older and have permission from both adults shown in your photos.
Confirmed failed, rejected or canceled generations return their allowance once. This is separate from a cash refund.
If your file is corrupted or your video materially differs from the purchased specifications, please contact us by email. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours of receiving your email.
