Privacy policy

What we collect and why

Zombie Couple Video collects the account information needed to sign you in, your two uploaded portraits, the infected-partner reference image, intermediate video segments, the finished video, task records, and order and generation-allowance records. We use this information to deliver the story you request, protect accounts, process payments, resolve failures and answer support requests.

We also process technical information needed for security and operation, such as request timestamps and error records. Please do not include passwords, full payment-card details or verification codes in support messages.

Your portraits and videos are private by default

Input portraits, derived images, intermediate clips and finished videos require account ownership checks for access through our service. Customer media is not automatically added to our public examples. We do not sell your photos. The permission you grant us covers processing needed to deliver and maintain the requested service; public promotion requires separate authorization.

We do not use your photos to train models operated by Zombie Couple Video. This statement does not make a promise about every upstream provider's retention or model-training practices. We do not claim that every copy held by every service is deleted within 24 hours.

Services that help us deliver your order

Service	Purpose and information involved
Kie.ai	Receives the portraits and necessary story media for Nano Banana 2 image preparation and Kling 3.0 Omni video transformation. Temporary provider-accessible media links may be used to deliver your requested task.
Cloudflare	Hosts the application and supports private media storage, database operations and video processing.
Waffo	Processes checkout and payment status. We retain order references and entitlement records; payment details are handled through the payment provider.
Google Analytics 4 and Plausible	Measures visits to public pages so we can understand how people use the website.
Microsoft Clarity	Provides interaction analytics, heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand and improve the website.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Provider-hosted media and temporary download links follow the relevant provider's systems and rules. Our local expiry schedule does not prove that upstream copies or backups have been erased at the same moment.

Public-page analytics

Public pages use Google Analytics 4 and Plausible when configured. We also use Microsoft Clarity for interaction analytics, heatmaps and session recordings. We do not require an analytics acceptance click before these measurements run. The Google Analytics and Plausible integrations exclude account, order, administration and other sensitive pages, remove page queries and disable advertising signals where supported. Clarity is loaded in the site's shared page head. Sensitive account and media sections are masked from Clarity recordings. We do not intentionally send your photos, email address, payment details or generation inputs as analytics events. See Microsoft's privacy statement for Microsoft's processing.

Authentication and security use the storage necessary to keep your session working. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser; clearing them can sign you out.

How long media stays available

Data	Default schedule
Unsubmitted photo pairs	Drafts expire after 24 hours.
Submitted original portraits	Scheduled for 7 days at submission; after a task reaches a final state, expiry is scheduled for 24 hours later. Active or uncertain tasks can delay physical cleanup.
Derived images and intermediate clips	Scheduled for 7 days; cleanup is deferred while an active task needs them.
Finished video	Expires 30 days after its storage record is created. Your library shows the actual expiry date.
Orders, allowance ledger and support records	Retained separately for accounting, disputes and security needs. These records do not share an automatic media-expiry schedule.

Expiry prevents continued access through the service. Physical cleanup runs in the background and may take longer when a task remains active or uncertain, cleanup is interrupted, or backup copies are involved. Download your finished video before its displayed expiry date.

Your requests and choices

You can remove an unsubmitted photo pair and delete available completed videos through your account. For account access, correction, deletion or privacy requests, email support@zombiecouplevideo.org from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership. Accounting, dispute, legal and security needs can limit immediate deletion of transaction records.

This service is for adults aged 18 or older and does not accept photos of children. Only upload a portrait when you have the person's consent and the necessary rights. If you believe someone used your image without permission, contact us with the relevant task or page reference.
