The two photos and role order are saved together. A half-complete pair cannot be submitted.

Photo guide
Each photo should show one adult with a visible face, natural lighting and enough facial detail to recognize them. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP, no larger than 10 MB per image.
A front-facing portrait or gentle three-quarter angle is usually easier to interpret than a side profile. Both people must consent to appearing in this fictional AI story.
- Use one adult per photo, with a clearly visible face.
- Choose even light and a front-facing or slight three-quarter angle.
- Avoid sunglasses, face coverings, heavy filters and group pictures.
- Get consent from both people before uploading. No children’s photos.
If something needs attention
A photo will not upload
Check the file format and size, sign in, and confirm that the service is available. Choose a fresh copy of the photo if the image cannot be decoded.
Payment succeeded but I cannot generate
Return to the studio and refresh your account. Payment confirmation is verified on the server; the checkout return page alone does not add an allowance. Contact support with your order reference if it remains missing.
A task is taking longer than expected
Open the same task in My videos and check its status. Do not buy or submit another generation to recover an uncertain task. Closing the page does not cancel a task already submitted.
Failures, quality and refunds
Confirmed failed generations return their allowance once. Completely unused orders may qualify for a full refund within 7 days. If your file is corrupted or your video materially differs from the purchased specifications, please contact us by email. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours of receiving your email.

Your two portraits and results are private to your account. Unsubmitted drafts expire after 24 hours. Final videos expire 30 days after their storage record is created; use the actual date shown in your library and download before then.
